Site Rules & Regulations

• Rents must be paid on time. Arrears of over two weeks will not be tolerated. Unless you have a valid, substantiated reason acceptable to the Management you will be asked to leave.

• This is a Private Site. Everyone has to observe the site rules and regulations.

• The Landlord has the right to remove anyone from his land without reason.

• No smoking in the caravans at any time.

• Tenants are responsible for the day to day upkeep of their caravans, decorating and general wear and tear.

• Do not remove the batteries from the Smoke Detectors.

• Turn off the lights when the caravan is unoccupied.

• Ensure all taps are turned off.

• Only 3 Pin UK Electricity plugs to be used in sockets.

• Only residents cars are allowed to remain on the site.

• The Speed Limit on the site is 10pmh.

• Children visiting the site must be supervised at all times.

• All rubbish must be placed in the bins provided.

• Showers and Toilets are to be left clean and tidy after use.

• No washing of pets in the shower blocks.

• Any faults with the caravans should be reported immediately.

• Tenants must notify the office of any suspicious people to be found stealing or engaging in any other illegal activity on the site.

• No lighting of fires(i.e wood, paper, rubbish). This is strictly prohibited at all times.

• Only coal barbecues are allowed. Precautions must be taken to ensure the safety of other tenants and site premises.

• Noise levels should be kept down after 11pm. Consider your neighbours.

• Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.

• Animal mess must be picked up at all times.

• Please ensure that your pets do not make any noises that might disturb your neighbours.

• When handing in keys to a caravan please make sure you leave it clean and tidy for the next tenant and remove all rubbish.

Any persons contravening these rules and regulations may be asked to leave the caravan park immediately.
