What is included

Every guest has full use of the same well-kept facilities. Modern shower and toilet blocks are cleaned regularly and conveniently placed around the site, with laundry and washing-up facilities on hand and metered electric hook-ups so you only pay for the power you use. The on-site cafe serves a renowned Full English Breakfast along with hot and cold food, great coffee and draught beers through the day, there is a farm shop close by for fresh supplies, gas bottles are on sale, and 24hr CCTV covers the whole estate.

There are no membership fees to join and the electric is metered, so you only ever pay for the power you use, and you can stay for exactly as long as suits you. We are open all year, whether you are after a quiet weekend away, a full season on a favourite pitch, or somewhere to base yourself for work or a longer trip.

Everything you need is right here: clean, well-kept shower and toilet blocks, laundry facilities, and an on-site cafe serving a renowned Full English Breakfast, with a farm shop close by for fresh supplies. It is a calm, secure setting watched over by 24hr CCTV, and we sit just ten minutes from Junction 11 of the M25 and close to the M3, so days out are easy. If you do not have a caravan of your own, just ask and we will arrange to rent you one of ours, subject to availability.
